The 2014 IAP2 North American Conference was held Sept. 28-30 in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Over 160 people attended the Conference, which offered two dozen sessions and keynote speakers Maria Hadden of the Participatory Budgeting Project and Dr Cindy Blackstock, CEO of the First Nations Child and Family Caring Society of Canada.
