Two widely different P2 efforts will share how they won the IAP2 Core Values Awards for Project of the Year in Canada and the USA.

The Nova Scotia Health Authority won for its work in developing Community Health Teams (CHTs) to address health care issues from a variety of angles in individual communities around Nova Scotia. Lindsay Sutherland, Manager of Primary Health Care in Nova Scotia's Central Division, will share her insights on how this project developed.

Joining Lindsay will be Theresa Pinto of the Maricopa County, Arizona, Flood Control District, which won the USA award for the Pinnacle Peak West Flood Control Plan. This project was particularly challenging, since many residents had previously opposed a flood-control project because they did not believe their property was at risk of flooding. Along with Theresa, we'll hear from Daina Mann of GCI Consulting, which helped develop the public outreach plan.

Please note: this webinar is happening on the third Tuesday of the month, rather than the traditional second Tuesday.

Please note: there is a two-stage process for signing up for webinars. The registration confirmation email you will receive contains a link to another web page. Please follow that link and fill in the form to receive your login information.
