All cancellations and requests for refunds for the 2020 IAP2 Canada Virtual Skills Symposium must be made in writing as indicated below. Requests must be sent to IAP2 Canada at email@example.com.
Telephone requests will not be honored.
Virtual courses require a minimum of 10 participants to proceed, so that we can ensure that the best possible learning experience is provided. If the minimum number of participants isn’t reached by April 27, 2020 a course can be cancelled. Registered participants can either receive a full refund, or can transfer their registration to another course.
Full Refunds require written notice and must be submitted by April 27, 2020. Those cancelling will receive a full refund, minus an administrative fee of $50.00.
No Refunds – There will be no refunds for cancellation requests received after April 27, 2020. However, a substitute may be named and that registration will be honoured. Please email your substitution information to firstname.lastname@example.org prior to the start date of the Symposium.
