Designing as if Stakeholders Matter: Understanding and Embracing the Spectrum of Diversity.

Practitioners are continually challenged to design robust and inclusive processes for increasingly diverse communities, but often don’t know how. This 2-day, highly participatory course helps practitioners understand the theory and practice of engagement design, increase their awareness of diversity through exercises and audio vignettes, work from cases and their own experiences to identify and analyze stakeholders, use design tools to practice authentic design, and learn how to evaluate processes to make real-time changes.

Instructor: Anne Carroll of Carroll, Franck & Associates, Minnesota, USA
