Understanding what to do next comes from learning what is happening or has happened and, why. The practice of evaluation means we can be more confident in our decision-making, adapt to circumstances and achieve our goals effectively and efficiently. Learn how to support your organization’s goals by building on the fundamental practices of evaluation and developing a systemic approach to evaluating P2. This course will take you beyond methods for collecting and analyzing results and provide the foundation for creating a framework that identifies when to evaluate, the levels of P2 evaluation, recognizing and considering influences on evaluation approaches and, how to develop an evaluation matrix for the levels of P2 evaluation. Learn how to create a P2 evaluation framework for your organization that will help monitor progress and support project, program and systemic change.
