Every organization has its own P2 personality and soul, whether intentionally cultivated and
cared for or haphazardly left to evolve on its own. This course is for those with the curiosity
about, or who may be tasked with the responsibility for, building a culture of engagement
within your organizations. What does it take to shift to a state where the choices are about
making sure P2 is not just done, but done right? This course will pull on research and
organizational best practices that goes beyond engagement on a project-by-project basis.
Participants will dig in and walk away with an approach for change within their own
organizations.
