Facilitating meetings, conversations and group sessions is a skill that is widely used and needed in today's work environment. For public participation professionals, strong and well thought out facilitation is the backbone of helping our clients and their audiences move through difficult and murky conversations to clarity and results in public participation.

Please join Tannis Topolinksy, CP3 as she walks you through the skills, attitudes and behaviours needed to be an effective facilitator. Tannis has almost 20 years of experience and often finds herself facilitating conversations where impacts on health, livelihood, relationships, well-being and community are at stake. Tannis will show you how to plan and design both virtual and in person events that will get results. Learn how to set yourself up for success as you dive into the work of facilitating.
