Wood has an immediate employment opportunity for a junior to intermediate level Engagement Tracking Specialist. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who, among many tasks, will take pride in accurately entering data and summarizing engagement activities for client reports. The successful candidate will work on a broad range of projects and sectors in western and northern Canada, including resource development, infrastructure, municipal and water resources. Understanding and responding to the concerns of those impacted by a project is critical to successful project development, and the Engagement Tracking Specialist position is essential in assisting our team in gaining that understanding.
Primary responsibility will be working with Wood’s proprietary Stakeholder and Issues Information Management System (SIIMS) – entering contacts, identifying concerns, assigning topics, tracking actions and commitments, writing summaries, producing reports, and writing proposals for engagement tracking services. Based on experience and interest, there will be also opportunities to plan and participate in engagement activities for various projects.
