&lt;p style="line-height: 17px;"&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 16px;" face="Calibri, sans-serif"&gt;She spent 11 years working at The City of Calgary in the Engage Resource Unit where she collaborated on an amended engage policy and the development of an engage framework.&amp;nbsp; Lara led a team of p2 professionals working on diverse&lt;/font&gt; &lt;font face="Arial"&gt;projects from many lines of service including parks, transportation, police, finance, community development, recreation, and planning.&amp;nbsp;She then became a p2 consultant working with municipal governments, non-profit organizations and energy companies.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="line-height: 17px;"&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 16px;" color="#000000" face="Calibri, sans-serif"&gt;Lara is a licensed IAP2 Foundations trainer and is on the board of the Wild Rose Chapter.&amp;nbsp; She has a degree in Psychology and a certificate in positive psychology. She currently serves on the Board for IAP2 Wild Rose Chapter&amp;nbsp;as Treasurer and is co-chair for the IAP2 2020 North American conference. &lt;p&gt;She has worked with over 60 Indigenous communities and organizations across Canada since 2005.&amp;nbsp; Her experience spans from consultation with Elders about traditional land use to the development of capacity building and education programs for youth and entrepreneurs to the creation and implementation of strategies to advance Indigenous economic and workforce development.&lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Anne has a Master of Arts in Corporate-Aboriginal Relations and is an IAP2 Certified Public Participation Practitioner (CP3). She is also the winner of IAP2 Canada’s 2015 &lt;em&gt;P2 for the Greater Good&lt;/em&gt; Core Values Award for a &lt;em&gt;pro-bono&lt;/em&gt; community engagement project she led in her home community while on maternity leave. Anne is also currently the Coordinator of IAP2 Canada’s Indigenous Engagement Community of Practice and a Core Values Award judge.&lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
