All cancellations and requests for refunds for Online Training must be made in writing as indicated below. Requests must be sent to IAP2 Canada at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Telephone requests will not be honored.
Virtual courses require a minimum number of participants to proceed, so that we can ensure that the best possible learning experience is provided. If the minimum number of participants isn’t reached two weeks prior to the course start date, a course can be cancelled. Registered participants can either receive a full refund or can transfer their registration to another course.
Full Refunds require written notice and must be submitted two weeks prior to the course start date. Those cancelling will receive a full refund, minus an administrative fee of $50.00.
No Refunds – There will be no refunds for cancellation requests received within the two week period prior to the course start date. However, a substitute may be named and that registration will be honoured. Please email your substitution information to email@example.com prior to the start date of the online course.
