Our Board

Since 1990, Catherine Rockandel has engaged people with different perspectives in meetings, workshops, and conferences to ensure a rich cross-pollination of ideas. She is skilled at evoking participation, collaboration and creativity while honoring the diversity of the group and affirming its wisdom. 

Catherine has worked with communities, organizations, government and companies supporting them to understand complex issues, build relationships, facilitate collaborative planning, and enhance strategic decision-making.

Catherine won the 2017 IAP2 Canada Core Values Award for Respect for Diversity, Inclusion and Culture for her work with School District 38 (Richmond), BC. She is past president of IAP2 Canada (2020-2023), past president of IAP2 BC (2011-2017), a CP3 and certified professional facilitator.

Depuis 1990, Catherine Rockandel a fait participer des personnes ayant des perspectives différentes dans des réunions, des ateliers et des conférences pour assurer une riche pollinisation croisée d'idées. Elle sait évoquer la participation, la collaboration et la créativité tout en honorant la diversité du groupe et en affirmant sa sagesse.

Catherine a travaillé avec des communautés, des organisations, des gouvernements et des entreprises pour les aider à comprendre des problèmes complexes, à établir des relations, à faciliter la planification collaborative et à améliorer la prise de décision stratégique.

Catherine a remporté le prix des valeurs fondamentales de l'AIP2 Canada 2017 pour le respect de la diversité, de l'inclusion et de la culture pour son travail avec le district scolaire 38 (Richmond), en Colombie-Britannique. Elle est ancienne présidente de l'IAP2 Canada (2020-2023), ancienne présidente de l'AIP2 BC (2011-2017), CP3 et animatrice professionnelle certifiée.
