About This Course

Applying Methods is a Level 2 course in the IAP2 Global Learning Pathway. It introduces practitioners to a wide range of participation and engagement methods. The course explores how to design, test, and apply methods to meet engagement goals.

You will learn how to select the right method, design effective questions, combine methods for impact, and evaluate outcomes. You will also practice running methods such as World Cafés, Citizen Juries, Appreciative Inquiry, and Deliberative Forums.

This training is practical and hands-on. By the end, you will know how to design and deliver methods that build trust, address diverse needs, and support decision making.
