The Engagement Lead supports the planning and delivery of high‑quality public engagement across Health Quality Alberta projects. The role provides expert guidance to project teams in developing and implementing engagement plans and leads engagement activities for assigned reviews, assessments, and evaluations.

The Engagement Lead also provides leadership in planning and managing engagement events, applying project management and IAP2‑informed approaches to design and deliver inclusive activities that support meaningful participation and inform decision‑making. A key component of the role involves supporting respectful, coordinated engagement with First Nations, Métis, and Inuit communities, and advancing Health Quality Alberta’s commitments to Truth and Reconciliation through culturally safe and responsive engagement practices.
