Lindsay Humber is a CP3 with a passion for participatory decision-making. She uses her 12+ years of public engagement, communication and research expertise to help organizations learn from those in their communities to build relationships and achieve their goals.
People are at the heart of Lindsay’s work. She believes that people should be involved in the decisions that affect them. They should also be able to participate in ways that work for their situations and respect the unique perspectives they each bring to the table. Her boutique consulting firm, Lindsay Humber Consulting, creates space for conversations that matter by designing and executing thoughtful, purposeful engagement programs that lead to stronger decisions and meaningful change.
Lindsay draws from an academic background focused on understanding people and how we shape our environments to bring out the best ideas and drive results for her clients. She holds a Masters of Environmental Design with a focus in environmental science along with a Bachelor of Arts in anthropology and environmental studies.
Lindsay currently serves on the IAP2 Wild Rose board as Director of Membership and Volunteering. Based out of Edmonton, she is grateful to live, work, play and raise her children on Indigenous land in Treaty Six territory.
